We are committed to providing our boxers with the skills and knowledge to perform well and to grow as individuals.
There are different weight categories which means boxing is for everyone and our training classes start from 4 years of age for males and females. We train 5 days a week so there are plenty of opportunities to come and try out Boxing.
You will learn proper boxing technique but without any pressure to step into the ring, getting into the ring is simply a step forward in your boxing career.
Boxing training provides some of the best all over body conditioning you can get, no matter what your age or level of ability. It’s a great way of improving stamina and boosting the cardiovascular system while improving core strength and balance.
Once you have been training at our club for a while you may decide you want to compete. Your coach will help you decide when you are ready for this.
What ever happens from your time at the boxing club it only matters that you have fun and learn something.
